You can choose from our selection of ready-to-go breeds, a previous custom we have done for you in the past, or we help you with a new custom!

If we have already drawn your pup or child - select the button " You have already drawn my pup/child! THEN, Please shoot us an email at info@goldbugcollection.com - we will use the email associated with your previous purchase to double-check the engraving!
If you are selecting " I am starting a NEW custom!" You can upload your side profile photo for a silhouette, or photo of your pup! After that we will email you a proof, and then we will engrave!

Shipping & Returns
- Don't love what you got? No worries! We gladly accept any returns from our online store within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, & unused. Returns meeting these requirements will be issued a full refund. Returns can be mailed to:

- Items returned to Croghan's Jewel Box will not be valid for returns. We are two separate entities and have two separate stocks- please follow the steps above to help with returns!
