Forget me not floral edge small disc. Pick a monogram and we’ll engrave it for you! We can also engrave a date, or special saying, your children’s names, or anything you want on the back.  

Want to step it up a notch? We can engrave your pup, for a small fee. (Click here!) Disc is gold plated brass and measures 20mm with a 5mm bale.   

For Silhouettes- upload a clear, side profile picture of your child! Font used for these is our Venice font. Please add your child’s first name in the NOTES at checkout! Mini will draw your silhouette and we will send you one proof. Any additional proofs will have additional cost. For two children on 1 disc (front & back) add this personalization to cart! Questions?
