Custom Pup Token
Our Custom Pup Tokens are hand drawn from a photo you submit to us. These are artistic renderings, we try capture the charm of your pup, but are not meant to be an exact copy of the photo.
Custom Pup Tokens include one proof sketch for approval.
If more proofs are requested, there will be a price adjustment per proof.
Due to the approval process, custom does require more time and most turnarounds will be roughly 1-2 weeks.
Please submit a "headshot" of your dog looking straight at the camera.

Pup is engraved on the front and their name is engraved diagonally on the back.
18k gold plated. Charm comes with 6mm jump ring at top, or option to add on 18 inch link chain.
As these are custom and specially made for you, they are final sale.
However we always want you to be happy with your purchase, so please email us with any questions!
Shipping & Returns
- Don't love what you got? No worries! We gladly accept any returns from our online store within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, & unused. Returns meeting these requirements will be issued a full refund. Returns can be mailed to:

- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Products will be marked as "Final Sale".
- Items returned to Croghan's Jewel Box will not be valid for returns. We are two separate entities and have two separate stocks- please follow the steps above to help with returns!
